By partnering with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.acontis.com\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">acontis technologies<\/a> and using their software suite, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.deltamotion.com\/?viewenglish=1\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Delta Motion<\/a> has developed a versatile product. Initial response to the product has confirmed that we are meeting our high standards.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tested for stability and performance<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>With years of testing and real-world use, acontis\u2019 EC-Master EtherCAT MainDevice stack has been integrated into Delta\u2019s RMC200 and beta tested across various customers and applications. Delta Motion refined the EtherCAT implementation based on these tests to improve stability and performance in different applications. It can manage up to 50 axes of position and pressure control, supporting directly-connected and EtherCAT I\/O. Machines using hydraulic and electric motion can use EtherCAT-enabled drives for electric axes while maintaining traditional servo-proportional valves and feedback sensors for hydraulic axes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cElectric drives with EtherCAT often provide significant advantages with no cost adder, while the benefits for other devices depend on the application,\u201d says Steve Nylund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Why EtherCAT<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Fast Communication: <\/strong>EtherCAT offers fast data transmission with low jitter, ensures real-time control of motion systems.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Scalability:<\/strong> The RMC200 supports up to 50 motion axes, making it suitable for larger systems.
