The new IoT-enabled signaling devices are designed to support operational efficiency, with the goal of improving safety and reducing downtime in industrial environments by enabling earlier detection and response to potential issues.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Reducing downtime through real-time visibility<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Unplanned downtime can significantly impact productivity, with estimated costs for industrial manufacturers reaching up to $50 billion annually<sup>1<\/sup> and reducing plant capacity by 5-20%. Equipment or process malfunctions may be mitigated by real-time visibility, remote monitoring and improved process control, which also support predictive maintenance.
