Built and configured at Sew Eurodrive Heavy Industry Gearing (HIG) in Wellford, South Carolina, these systems are designed for use with high-torque gearboxes, where heat management can influence gearbox size.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Previously available only through longer-lead global channels, these systems are now stocked and assembled in the U.S., reducing delivery times.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Precision cooling for critical applications<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>As HIG drive systems become more compact and torque-dense, thermal management is required. Sew Eurodrive\u2019s external lubrication systems are designed to deliver, circulate, and cool oil according to application requirements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Available types include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Oil-to-air cooling systems (OAP1)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oil-to-water cooling systems (OWP1)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pressure lubrication systems without cooling (ONP1)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Each unit is sized using Sew Eurodrive\u2019s thermal validation tools and can be mounted on the gearbox or on a skid, depending on layout and maintenance requirements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>What\u2019s new<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Assembled in the U.S., reducing delivery time from 14\u201320 weeks to as little as 6 weeks<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Standard options in stock and ready to configure<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Designed to support thicker startup oil viscosities up to 5,000 cSt<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Built for application<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Sew Eurodrive\u2019s Oil Cooling and Supply Systems are configurable for different application requirements and include modular, sensor-compatible features for system monitoring.
