She consistently takes on new challenges and demonstrates strong initiative to lead.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Over the course of more than 40 projects with her team, she has delivered outstanding results and made a lasting impact. Hannah has been highly successful in working with both mature automation groups and cross-functional IT teams less experienced with automation. For the latter, her patience and ability to explain complex technical issues to nontechnical audiences have been met with great appreciation from clients and end users.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Achievements, Advancements &amp; Career-related Industry Contributions<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Hannah quickly became Catalyx\u2019s lead process analytical technology (PAT) engineer. She has co-hosted multiple webinars with PAT vendors, explaining both benefits and deployment challenges. She has continuously expanded her skills in the automation field, managing projects ranging from $20,000 to $1 million. She has developed internal and client-focused automation software trainings to educate and upskill both Catalyx engineers and clients.<br>One of Hannah\u2019s key project achievements was serving as both lead engineer and project manager for a new system architecture for a GMP syringe filling line control system. In this role, she replaced all physical servers with virtual servers and migrated the data historian from Wonderware to PI.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Non-work-related Activities &amp; Hobbies<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Hannah is an avid runner. She competed in cross-country and track in college and began racing again this year. She completed a half marathon and a 10-mile race with strong results and is currently training for a marathon in hopes of qualifying for the Boston Marathon and breaking the three-hour mark.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hannah also has a lifetime goal of skiing all the mountains on the Epic and Ikon passes. She is currently 50% through Epic and 15% through Ikon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Interesting Details<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>To aid in navigation, Hannah has small \u201cL\u201d and \u201cR\u201d tattoos on her left and right hands, respectively.
