The hygienic handling solution integrates Yaskawa&#8217;s new\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.yaskawa.eu.com\/products\/robots\/food-lab\/seriesdetail\/serie\/hd-series_20135\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">HD-series robots<\/a>,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/fizyr.com\/blog\/introducing-fizyr-panoptic\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Fizyr PANOPTIC<\/a>\u00a0vision AI, a binpick food cell from\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/vanweeswaalwijk.nl\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Van Wees Waalwijk<\/a>, and programming support from\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.alpha-robotica.nl\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Alpha Robotica<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The initial installation is for a salad production company, where two HD7 robots place pieces of raw peppers and bags of salad dressing in bowls of lettuce. Fizyr PANOPTIC identifies the position of the objects and their placement. The machine is mobile and can be moved along the production line. It operates by connecting to power and compressed air and selecting the program.
