Mettler Toledo introduced the IND360 Smart Factory, for direct/simultaneous connectivity to both operational technology (OT) and cloud (IT) for computer-integrated and cloud-based smart manufacturing via their standard automation interface (SAI) and OPC UA including its relevant weighing companion specification. Within minutes, IND360 connects any type of industrial scale (and selected lab balances and mass comparators) with all major automation systems. As one of the industry's fastest weighing indicators, IND360 enables automation systems to deliver higher throughput with greater accuracy. IND360 also comes with distributed control applications for tank level, filling/dosing and dynamic parcel weighing.
